Jeremy Ray serves as the Treasurer of the International UFO Bureau (IUFOB) Board of Directors, overseeing financial operations while contributing to the organization’s strategic goals. His profound interest in UFO phenomena began with a personal encounter on March 20th, 1996, which shifted his perspective on reality and fueled his lifelong dedication to the field.

Jeremy's military career began with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he served as a paratrooper from 1998 to 2001. During his first tour in the Kosovo War, he participated in crash retrieval operations under Task Force Hawk and Task Force Falcon. In his second tour in Egypt, he monitored military aircraft activity in the region as part of the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO), ensuring compliance with treaty regulations in the no-fly zones. His military background equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of operational procedures, which later proved valuable in his work in UFO research.

Jeremy worked with Bigelow Aerospace on high-profile UFO investigations through the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), coordinating with the Scientific Advisory Panel (SIP). His expertise has led to appearances on numerous television programs, including Ancient Aliens, Hangar 1: The UFO Files, and The Alaska Triangle. For over ten years, Jeremy has served as Chief Investigator for Colorado MUFON, overseeing case management, investigator training, and public outreach. His military and investigative experience continues to make him an invaluable asset to IUFOB’s mission.
