Return & Refund Policy

Most merchandise offered through the International UFO Bureau (IUFOB) Store is produced especially for you when your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, all return, refund, replacement, or order-related claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order unless otherwise stated below.

Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and product options carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact IUFOB within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

After reviewing your claim, IUFOB will work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please do not return or mail an item unless you have received return instructions from IUFOB. In many cases involving damaged or defective merchandise, a physical return is not necessary.

Sizing, Color & Change-of-Mind Purchases

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, IUFOB generally cannot provide returns, exchanges, or refunds when:

• The wrong size was ordered

• The wrong color or product variation was selected

• The customer changes their mind

• The product fits differently than expected when the item received matches the size ordered

We strongly encourage customers to review the sizing information provided with each apparel product before ordering.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived, please contact IUFOB as soon as possible. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

IUFOB will review available tracking information and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Addresses, Unclaimed & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the package was unclaimed, or delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

If a package is returned because of a verified carrier or fulfillment error, IUFOB will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because IUFOB Store merchandise is produced on demand, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact IUFOB immediately. If production has not yet begun, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Do not return merchandise without first contacting IUFOB and receiving return instructions.

Items sent to IUFOB, our fulfillment partner, or an address appearing on the original shipping label without prior authorization may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.

IUFOB reserves the right to evaluate return, replacement, and refund requests individually in accordance with this policy, the circumstances of the order, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
