International UFO Bureau Opens Historic Archives, Bringing the Jimmy Carter UFO Report and Decades of Research Into the Digital Age

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — 09/22/2026 — The International UFO Bureau (IUFOB) today announced the launch of its new digital archives, opening the first portion of a historic collection of original UFO reports, photographs, correspondence, investigative files, recordings, and other materials documenting decades of research into unexplained aerial phenomena.
Among the collection’s most recognizable documents is an original UFO report submitted to the International UFO Bureau by Jimmy Carter, then Governor of Georgia and later the 39th President of the United States.
